According to the mum, her son could not marry as he did not have an income.
"He specialised in IT in university and has looked for work without success," she said.
The mum pleaded for help getting him out of the house and asked Kenyans with jobs to contact her.
"You know this generation- if a man doesn't have work, you don't look at him twice," she said.
The loving mum further asked interested women to reach out.
"I am accepting daughter-in-law applications."
The mum’s passionate plea elicited mixed reactions from social media users, who reacted by saying:
NFIELD:
“Can he run at night carrying a fridge on his back?”
King_Fab:
“Allow me to take you out of the house and leave him alone.”
Timmwrite:
“Can he chase away hyenas? There is work in Juja.”
Phintec Graphic Design Studio:
“The secret is to look for a house for him and pay two months’ rent. After that cut him off completely. Trust me, he will not die.”
Lilly:
“What are the qualifications for a daughter-in-law?”
Tatiannah:
“Give me his contacts. My sister is a contractor, and she can employ him. He should be ready to live in Nanyuki.”
