Stanley Mulee Mutisya, who has gained attention for his uncanny resemblance to Lang'ata MP Jalang'o, recently made headlines by challenging the MP to fulfil a promise of support made during a 2021 interview.
Mutisya claimed that despite the lawmaker's promise to help him, Jalang'o only gave him KSh 1,000 after the interview.
"My landlord always tells me I resemble Lang'ata MP Jalang'o, yet I struggle to pay rent on time. After the interview, he only gave me KSh 1,000... I only ended up with KSh 100 to spend," Mutisya lamented, expressing his disappointment.
Despite the challenges, Mutisya remains optimistic about his future.

He expressed a strong desire to enter politics and make a difference in people's lives.
"Very soon, I will be an MP, and I won't forget the people when I succeed. If we meet on the street and someone asks for my support, I will help them. I won't be greedy when I make it," he vowed.
Mutisya also shared his aspirations to follow in Jalang'o's footsteps by taking on advertising gigs and starting a career in content creation and comedy.
"I can do advertising jobs like the ones Jalang'o used to do. I want to follow his path and start creating content to post online," he said.
On Sunday, August 25, the lawmaker responded to Mutisya's claims of unfulfilled promises.
Jalang'o expressed disbelief at Mutisya's expectations, questioning why his resemblance to the MP should make him Jalang'o's responsibility.
He also added that if Mutisya had focused on applying himself and working hard, he wouldn't need to rely on his looks for support.
