Bradley Marongo, popularly known as Bradley Mtall, has taken social media by storm with his towering height and impressive physique.

As it turns out, it is not just his height that is mega — his daily consumption of ugali, Kenya’s staple food, also left many in disbelief.
Bradley revealed that he consumes a staggering 3 kilograms of ugali in one sitting every day.
"Nakula kilo tatu za ugali kila siku. Hiyo ni supper pekee yake (I eat three kilos of ugali daily, for supper only)," he said with a smile.
While many Kenyans consume ugali as part of their daily diet, the amount that Bradley eats in a single sitting (if the claims are true) is extraordinary.
His sentiments elicited different reactions, with some expressing shock at his eating abilities while others doubted the claims.
Wa Angel:
"During an interview on Inooro FM, he said he eats normal portions; now he's talking about 3kgs. I bet he is now being guided by social media."
Mamake Mamalao:
"He should be taken to the Guinness World Records since he has trended a lot. Without the Gen Z protests, he would have never been discovered."
Liza Joy:
"Are you guys helping him to become something in the future or just selling your content? He is on every station; I hope he's getting paid."
Standing tall and commanding attention wherever he goes, Bradley is a phenomenon whose physical stature has earned him admiration and curiosity.
He gained popularity after joining the recent nationwide anti-government protests by Kenyan Gen Zs.
Bradley, who left Vihiga county two years ago, is married with two children and works as a tout in Kangemi, Nairobi.
His popularity has surged, with many eagerly following his journey to see what this modern-day Goliath will do next.
