In an interview with SPM Buzz, Mungai also revealed she was planning to insure some expensive items in her house and her Airbnb.
She said:
"I have learnt better. I would say I have still not insured the house but I am in the process. I feel like I have been ignorant about it, but it is something that I am thinking about. I have also learnt that when it comes to that business, I have learnt that you have to be careful."
She noted that she had previously let people in without getting many details about them. Now, she is forced to take copies of their documentation.
The YouTuber also admitted that she never has local guests as most of her bookings are from people who live outside the country.
"I have nothing to complain about. It has been a beautiful business. Most of my clients are from outside the country, and most of them are not Kenyans, and they stay for a long time. I've heard clients staying for one year or six months," she added.
This comes a few days after TikToker Nyako was baffled after discovering that she had unknowingly booked Mungai's Airbnb for her stay in Kenya.
