A 49-year-old Thai woman believed to have died shocked her relatives when she woke up.
Chataporn Sriphonla was declared dead while in transit from a hospital to her home in Udon Thani province.
Daily Mail reports that paramedics believed that Chataporn had stopped breathing while in the van headed to the Ban Dung district.

Details indicate that relatives concluded that the "deceased" woman had succumbed to liver cancer.
Chataporn's devastated elderly mother, Mali, called relatives to share the tragic news.
"Doctors told us she only had a slim chance of survival. I wanted her to spend her last moments with the family, so I arranged for her to be returned to our home," the mother said.
Their hearts were shattered when the patient "died" before they reached home.
The grieving family arranged for a quick cremation as per their Buddhist tradition.
They immediately prepared for her funeral, bought a casket, and coordinated with temple staff for the ceremonies.
The van carrying Chataporn's body was diverted from their home to the Wat Sri Phadung Pattana temple, where the corpse would lay overnight.
Passengers in the vehicle were surprised when Chataporn suddenly gasped awake and opened her eyes.
Although shocked by her daughter's miraculous revival, Mali called the relatives again to renounce the initial information.
Chataporn was then rushed to the Ban Dung Crown Prince Hospital for treatment.
Relatives were convinced that Chataporn clung to life as she wanted to see her children before she died.
In another story, a little boy who doctors had written off pulled a medical miracle after regaining consciousness.
Three-year-old Levi Wright had been declared brain-dead after he fell into a river while playing with his tractor.
Medics had told his parents to say their final goodbyes after efforts to revive him failed.
