How did Elizebeth Anyango die?

Anyango's relatives had gone to check on her when they stumbled upon her body lying in a pool of blood.

South West location chief Maurice Ayieko confirmed the incident and said the body had stab wounds around the neck.

Preliminary reports showed she was living alone at the time of the incident and police are probing the motive behind her murder.

Ayieko pleaded with the residents to keep calm as police tried to unravel the identity of the attackers.

Angry residents asked the police to investigate the incident quickly, arguing that the level of insecurity was on the rise in the area.

How Sheila Wegesha met her death

In other sad news, police in Nairobi are still probing the tragic death of a businesswoman found dead in bed on Thursday, May 9.

Sheila Wegesha's body was found sprawled on the bedding, soaked in blood.

Police suspected the deceased was killed in a love-gone-sour plot supposedly perpetrated by her husband.

The circumstances of the woman's death came as a great shock to those who knew her and her husband, given that they constantly and publicly displayed their affection, courting admiration from their fans.

Graphic shots shared online showed deep cuts on her neck, suggesting she was attacked by a sharp object.

The husband of the deceased left the house a few hours before the body was discovered.
