Iran's president, Ebrahim Rais, died in a helicopter crash alongside eight other occupants, including the country's Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian.
The Red Crescent Society, which discovered the location of the crashed helicopter, stated that there were no signs of the helicopter's occupants being alive.
After accessing the scene where the helicopter crashed, videos of the rescue team ferrying the victim's body on Monday, May 20, emerged.
The rescuers were heard in the video emotionally chanting the name of God (Allah) in Arabic as they carried away the bodies of the victims.

Although the cause of the crash that claimed the life of Raisi has not been established, the country has been experiencing heavy rains and foggy conditions, which investigators have pointed out as a potential cause of the tragic accident.
Among them were the Governor of Eastern Azerbaijan province, Malek Rahmati, Tabriz's Imam Mohamed Ali Alehashem, the pilot, the copilot, the crew chief, the head of security, and the bodyguard.
The death of Raisi was confirmed on Monday, May 20, by his Vice President Mohammad Mokhber, after the rescue team reported that no one had survived.
After Raisi's tragic demise, the first Vice President, Mohammad Mokhber, is expected to take over in an acting capacity.
However, the approval needs to come from Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, who is the overall leader and makes all major decisions in Iran.
