Kenya Railways had decided to suspend committer services as a precautionary measure after reports of heavy floods in numerous parts of the country.
After assessing the parts of Nairobi affected by the floods, Kenya Railways released a public notice informing Kenyans that it would occasionally suspend train services in the affected parts.
