Was Somesh Ramesh murdered?

The 54-year-old Indian businessman, who was involved in the landscaping business in Nairobi, was found with three stab wounds: one on the chest and two on his thighs.

Detectives believe he was killed elsewhere and his body taken to the site by unknown persons before being found by security guards who were on patrol.

Ramesh’s body is stated to have been bundled in the front seat of his car, and the car driven into a ditch to make it look like an accident.

Police discovered that those behind the incident had attempted to burn the vehicle but were unsuccessful.

Detectives are tracing his last movements, including interviewing his close family members.

How was Jayesh Kumar killed?

In other news, investigators established that the wife of Jayesh Kumar was in communication with the businessman's killers.

Kumar was killed on February 14, and his body was doused in acid in Lukenya, Machakos county.

The spouse, Velji Jayaben, admitted to having contracted one of the four suspects to abduct her husband and punish him after a domestic feud.

The plan would, however, turn tragic as Kumar was murdered.

Police apprehended the woman on Wednesday, February 21, and upon interrogation, she revealed that the objective from the onset was to punish her husband after a fight between them.
