In a bid to combat hunger and promote mental health among the less fortunate in society, businessman Joel Muthengi has launched an innovative initiative called Motomoto Social Games (MSG).
Joel, the owner of Motomoto Brands, has combined his passion for digital services with philanthropy to create a unique approach to charity.
He told TUKO.co.ke that the first event was held in Kilifi, where nearly 100 needy individuals received foodstuff.

The businessman explained that he figured games were a creative way to give back to society while uplifting the less fortunate.
"Our aim is to share foodstuff with the people, but in a cheerful manner. We play games with the locals, and they get to win foodstuff. Tunachangamshana!" he said.
The games are designed to be inclusive and engaging, focusing on the fact that there is no loser, as even those who don't win still get something.
The initiative has been met with enthusiasm from the community, with many appreciating the effort to not only provide food but also to uplift spirits through interactive games.
Participants expressed gratitude for the opportunity to engage in fun activities while receiving much-needed support.
"As long as you're a participant, you get something. This is a simple way of fighting both hunger and promoting mental health among these people," he added.
Joel is glad his initiative has blended entertainment with charity by feeding the hungry while nourishing their souls.
